JSMC Home Health is a Joint Commission-accredited home health agency. Our Home Health team provides healthcare to those who are home bound and are under the care of a licensed physician. Nurses are on call 24 hours per day, seven days per week to assist with your needs. Home Health is available to families in Christian, Todd and Trigg Counties. JSMC Home Health provides needed medical and personal care services to patients in their homes. These are part-time, intermittent services designed to promote, restore or minimize the effects of illness.
